I don't think anyone is thrilled by the prospect of going to the dentist, but my visits to Dr. Bornstein's office are always comfortable. His staff is top notch, every efficient they do everything they can to ease any discomfort. I feel that my hygienist Correne is almost a friend. Dr. Bornstein is a great dentist and his treatments and advice have helped me save alot of money on specialists.
As always a fabulous visit, my crown and filling - beautiful job on the front tooth repair with the filling - went quickly and smoothly. My bite is the best it has been in years! Thank you soooo much

Dan has a hard job sometimes, especially when he has to deliver "bad" news about things that need to be done that are expensive especially for his uninsured patients. He is very caring in delivering the message AND takes enough time to make sure you understand all the options and choices in moving forward. Dan is professional all the way and I always appreciate that without a doubt his direction is always in my highest interests.

That was the quickest, most comfortable experience I have ever had. I had another tooth like that about 3-4 years ago where it was broken and decay, but not a root canal and it didn't go as fast or smooth. Thank you Dan for being so patient with me. Your demeanor is not other dentists. You are the best. You stand out in the dental world and your collegues should learn from you. Please tell Corrine (spelling?) the Hygenist (whom I have seen twice now) that is she the best too! Her collegues and coworkers should learn from her behavior towards the patients. Between the both of you, I no longer fear the dentist and gettig work done. I never would have had my tooth pulled without anesthesia, gas or both.

Sorry I don't remember her name, but she is the best hygienist I have ever dealt with and I have enountered many ( includng my sister ). She is so personable with her patients, she is patient, etc. She has the most excellent personal skills I have ever witnessed in my entire life (no matter what the industry is), She is one of a kind and I hope all other employees, people in her field, can follow her footsteps. I don't know what else to say. Even if she was faking (which I don't think she was - my vibes) she is still the perfect employee. I know she is an indepenent contractor, but she can teach so many people in the world of professionals how to interact with customers. She should teach the class. So much better than the person I encoutered on 11/21/11.

I am the world's biggest wimp when it comes to Dental work and I have to say Dan knows how to make it as pain free as possible! I was dreading this one because it was in the front of my mouth and I actually found it to be the easiest yet!
